A judge ordered on Wednesday that Chris Brown must go back to rehab for three months after reading a report mentioning that a facility had discharged the R&B singer because he threw a rock through the window of his mother’s car.
In addition, Superior Court Judge James Brandlin has also meted some other punishment for Brown in the coming months in the form of at least 24 hours of community labor per week. The entertainer is now also required to submit to drug testing even as he deals with self-acknowledged anger management issues.
Brown agrees to terms
Both Brown and his lawyer have agreed to the terms laid out by the court, suggested the probation officials who are overseeing the singer’s sentence in the case revolving around Brown beating his then girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.
The rock throwing incident which occurred on November 10 and another earlier one where a 20 year old youngster had accused Brown of punching him could trigger a probation violence that could lead to more sanctions against the latter.
